How do I raise a return request?

Please write to us at customercare@ruvieroapparels.com within 24 hours of the receiving the product. It is requested to keep the tags, invoice and item in the same condition as you received them.

Who will arrange for the reverse pickup?

Unfortuantely, we do not have reverse pickup service at the moment. You will have to ship the material that you want to return to our address mentioned in ‘contact us’ details.

Will I get reversal shipment cost?

We will provide reversal shipment in case of damaged/defective piece or size mismatch (size ordered and received). Post Quality check, an amount of Rs. 120 will be reimbursed in your Ruviero wallet towards shipping costs in the form of a promo code. In case you receive the same size as you ordered but require alterations, then shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

How soon can I get the refund for the cancelled orders?

Post Quality check of returned items, Refund process will be initiated. The refund amount might take 3-5 days to be reflected in your account.
